Hhmmm.... If I were you, Id wait til hes watching tv or something. He'll be sitting on the couch, and you can sit on the floor. When hes really into the TV, smooootthhhly and slowly start painting each toe.. It should work,.. Unless you miss and get his toe wet.. That might spoil it..
Thats the only way I can think of doing, besides when hes sleeping.
do a bet with him but you may have to do a bet for you first and if you lose you have to show him you wont back out so he doesnt back out but make sure its a bet he will go for but one you know he will lose or just bet he wouldnt get his nails painted
dont tie him up well dont tie him up and bring him outside just be very quiet and gentel he shouldent wake up get some nail paint that you have (pink is alway good for this) and be quiet and gentel.
why not when hes asleep? because I did it to my brother one time when he was asleep, he woke up and FREAKED because i hid all the nail polish remover. hilarious might i ad
